The Department of Andragogy and Education Management, Faculty of Education, Charles University cordially invites you to the 14th annual international scientific conference "Adult Education 2024 - Competences for Life," which will take place on December 10, 2024.

The conference will focus on supporting leading pedagogical staff and their managerial skills, the use of AI in education, and will also be dedicated to the role of seniors in the contemporary world. The conference program will offer expert contributions on the topics of digital transformation, support of pedagogical development, and the impacts of global changes on the school environment. Afternoon workshops will be dedicated to the education of seniors with an emphasis on strengthening their digital and social skills and classroom management in the context of strategic leadership. The conference is held under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Charles University, doc. RNDr. Antonín Jančařík, Ph.D. The academic guarantor is prof. PhDr. Jaroslav Veteška, Ph.D., MBA, Chairman of the Czech Andragogy Society.
The conference will create space for professional dialogue, sharing experiences, and exchanging new knowledge in the fields of adult education, school management, and work with seniors.
