1.Read a book. It can be our favorite one. Or a new one (books can be bought online). "Tell me what you read and I'll tell you who you are." 2.Go for a walk. Walking in the fresh air and sunbathing is very beneficial at this time. We should choose places where as few people as possible gather. 3.Take care of your belongings. Tidying up your closet, sorting clothes, organizing your desk, kitchen counter (and handbag too :-) ) is work made for this time. 4.Spring cleaning in the garden. There's nothing to add to this one. Try to catch the smell of earth in spring... 5.Chat with a friend. In-person meetings are not the right timing right now. But calling a friend or colleague and asking how they are is a great idea. It will make both sides happy. 6.Focus on hobbies you usually don't have time for on regular days. Painting, sculpting, watching and sorting old photos, exercising. 7.Watch a movie or directly a TV series. 8.Think about yourself. At first glance it sounds simple. But when was the last time you had time to stop, sit on the couch with a cup of coffee for three hours, and just let your thoughts flow? Think about where I actually am now. What gives me joy. And what makes me sad. Who I spend time with. And who I would like to spend it with if I had the opportunity. And so on. And at the same time set new goals: what I want to improve, what I want to learn, what I still want to experience. This is only a few tips on how time can be used. Productively, with joy, love, and gratitude.
