Abstract

The paper deals with the topic of the global crisis and the analysis of its impact on the preferred forms of marketing communication of the selected entity as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in the online environment at the turn of 2021 and 2022. Through theoretical definition and empirical research, it focuses on the process of marketing communication and the content marketing strategy of the brand during the pandemic, the categories of posts on the Instagram account of the Startitup.sk web portal, and the subsequent evaluation and attitudes of their followers toward them.
