Abstract

The thesis focuses on the identification, analysis and interpretation of intertextual overlaps in the poetry of Mila Haugová, a contemporary Slovak poet, especially in the collection Rastlina za ohradou sna. The collection features well-known proverbs, weather lore, the names of world-renowned natural scientists, painters, and Slovak writers, and their presence significantly influences the perception of the poetic text.
