The Institute of Social and Health Sciences, s.r.o. invites you to accredited training "Quality Manager in Social Services".
THE COURSE IS ACCREDITED BY MPSVaR SR.
The goal of the course is to prepare the training participant for qualified performance of quality management in social services or for the professional position of "quality manager" in accordance with Annex No. 2 of the Social Services Act as amended by Act No. 345/2022 Coll. on Inspection in Social Affairs.
- Acquiring knowledge and mastering the principles of quality management with specific application of quality management in the provision of social services.
- Gaining competencies for effective team leadership of employees in the process of implementing quality standards and creating controlled documentation.
- Effective implementation of quality standards for the provided social service in accordance with the Social Services Act.
Scope of training: 120 hours, of which 60 hours theoretical part and 60 hours practical part. The output of the training is a certificate.
Training participants: Professional and managerial employees of social service providers
The minimum number of participants is 10, maximum 15. In case of a smaller number of participants, the organizer reserves the right to change the start date of the training, of which participants will be informed in advance.

Fee per participant: €450 (option to pay in two installments) The payment method can be individually per participant or for the organization by invoice.
