www.prohuman.sk/blogy is intended for publishing original content created by bloggers — individuals who are independent of the service operator. The operator of the blogs, as well as the ProHuman journal, is Club business intelligence, o.z.
A blogger is not required to reveal their real identity on the blog, although the operator recommends doing so.
Content created and published by a blogger on the pages of prohuman.sk/blogy is the property of the blogger, to whom the operator provides media space and technical means for publishing content. The operator holds no copyright over the blogger's content and may use it, without a separate agreement with the blogger, only in ways expressly permitted by these terms. The author bears responsibility for all content published through prohuman.sk/blogy. If a blogger grants other persons the right to publish articles on their blog, they also assume responsibility for the content published on that blog by those persons.
A blogger may not publish third-party texts or parts thereof under their own name on their blog. They may cite other sources, but in accordance with copyright law. They must always cite the source text and its author; in the case of citing another online medium, it is also advisable to provide a link to the cited source. However, the link must not appear in the brief introduction to a blog article.

Articles and texts by bloggers should be written exclusively for the blogs on prohuman.sk/blogy.
There is no legal entitlement to create a blog for a specific individual on prohuman.sk/blogy. The operator is interested in making the prohuman.sk/blogy service available to the general public, but reserves the right to refuse an applicant seeking to create a blog — a blogger — without providing a reason.

Therefore, it is necessary to use the aforementioned form, which facilitates mutual communication.
