Milk, a Food of a Thousand Faces

This paper and its content focus on presenting a brief overview of the development of milk processing into dairy products. Its aim is to present the beginning of this process and provide instructions on how milk can be processed. The work highlights the abundance of dairy products on the market in contrast to the long tradition of home production. The work also includes information and materials obtained from studies at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. Additional information is based on the author's own knowledge and the knowledge of people who carry out this work. The practical part includes videos focused on the processing of milk into various dairy products with a detailed description of preparation and the tools needed for production. The final part of the paper presents recipes in which processed dairy products can be used.
