The rest, let them enjoy their differences, but let them not interfere too much in the regulation of what is essential: the continuation of life on Earth.
And above all, with their infertility, let them stop introducing their theoretical concepts and practical demands into how children should be raised.
A newborn, despite a long period of prenatal development, is born immature and needs the first three years until a fundamental reorganization of brain activity occurs—along with the reorganization of the microbiome that produces "brain chemistry"—contact with the mother, which is programmed to develop psychosocially into a primary PERSONALITY that is aware of its own value, that experiences in its micro-world a sense of safety and security, and that starts from the assumption that the world is a safe place and people are benevolent beings. Nature has set a wise and complex program for this purpose, one that has been functioning for millennia and is not subject to gender engineers.
Attachment (Bowlby’s attachment) can never be replaced by any "father on maternity leave", first because he cannot breastfeed a child, but mainly because nature has inscribed in him a completely different program than the mother. We laugh at attempts to "command wind and rain" and make even bigger mistakes!
God knows I have nothing against homosexuals—they are a natural variation—nor against people who, in their angelic nature, feel they are something higher than I am. I wish them their rights! Only in the interest of life’s continuation do I call for that flawed yet still the only structure that has been able to raise (non-Calhounian) viable future generations: the family and its support.
