We are pleased to present to the professional public a collection of abstracts of contributions to the next, this time in the order of the 22nd national conference of the Health Psychology Section of the ČMPS, which we are again organizing as a representative national conference with international participation.

This circumstance testifies not only to the significant interest of domestic and foreign psychologists in our field, but also to the growing importance of the tradition of our conferences, which, despite all modesty, we greatly value and consider this fact to be part of the legacy of our predecessors in this field and a specific added value of our section's activities.

As is already an established tradition at our conferences, the abstracts of the presentations are assessed by the members of the preparatory committee and the guarantors of the professional program of the conference, and the approved contributions are then included in the conference program and in the collection of abstracts. Conference participants are distributed the abstract on CD with ISBN together with the program and confirmation of participation upon registration, as is customary at similar conferences in the Czech Republic and abroad.

This year's collection of abstracts is divided into three basic parts: the first part contains abstracts of lectures, the second part abstracts of poster presentations and the third part abstracts of workshops. The abstracts are arranged alphabetically in the individual parts of the collection according to the surname of the first author of the contribution, which enables easy and quick orientation in the entire collection.

The Committee of the Health Psychology Section of the ČMPS assumes that the 22nd National Conference of our section will be successful, and that we can look forward to meeting all colleagues from the Czech Republic and abroad both at this conference and at its next years.
