Project name: Improving the livelihoods of the poor and vulnerable population groups in Kenya Project Location: Kaplelartet and Kebeneti Villages in Sigowet District, Kericho District Project focus: Improvement of food security, access to safe water and health status of communities in Kaplelartet and Kebeneti parts of Sigowet sub-district in Kericho district - 800 households (approx. 5,000 people) in 12 villages. The goal is to increase agricultural production and output at the household level; promoting sustainable land use and environmental protection, improving hygiene and sanitation habits, and better access to safe drinking water.
