Foreword The fourth year of the international conference Colloquium of Case Studies undoubtedly points to its significance and justification, not only within social work but also within the entire multidisciplinary team. Each new year, month, and day brings with it new stories of people who often become our clients. We believe that helping was given to us as a gift. Otherwise, we would work in an entirely different sector. To help in a given field also means to educate oneself. It is precisely through the international conference that we have the opportunity to educate ourselves across a broad spectrum of our clients' life situations. The contributions presented by the individual participants bring a perspective on solutions from various angles. The discussion of these contributions and, subsequently, the discussion during the breaks reveals the immense interest in this conference. We take the liberty of stating that the proceedings from the international conference Colloquium of Case Studies have become a very good and high-quality teaching material for students of social work. This is also evidenced by the fact that, in the academic setting, we have the opportunity to see the proceedings from this conference cited in final theses. This encourages us and obliges us to continue this work further. Each of us wishes for health, happiness, and love in our lives. This cliché is immensely precious, given that not every person is granted it. On this basis, we wish you much strength in your work, so that you may at least in part help fulfil this cliché for your clients. We are grateful for every contribution, every question raised in the discussion, and for every small impulse through which we mutually enrich one another and may carry over into our everyday work.
