The search for happiness is common to all people of all times. In the heart of every man and every woman, God has placed a desire for fulfillment. Have you not noticed that your hearts are restless, always searching for the good that can quench your thirst for the infinite?" Pope Francis

According to Pope Francis, every person is looking for the meaning of life, wants to realize their dreams, plans and hopes. But the secret of happiness lies in becoming free, liberated people. Only in freedom is it possible to live a full life, illuminated by relationships with other people. According to the gospel, anyone who leaves everything for the sake of the gospel will receive a hundred times more and will be an heir of eternal life. Based on these words, the Holy Father marks the path leading to true self-realization and to joy that does not bypass pain, but overcomes it. According to the Pope, "those who pray experience peaceful days, because prayer complements human efforts" and even those who do not believe can strive for happiness by listening, meditating, and giving generously of themselves.

For seven years, supervision days have become a part of the lives of supervisors and taking care of their mental health as well as thinking about how to enrich the lives of those who provide care for people in social services facilities and children in social protection facilities. In the words of Pope Francis, the spirituality of the agogic process is accompanied by the reflections of the supervision process, self-reflection as well as the spiritual form of supervision. In the meetings of supervisors, there is a joy of sharing, participation in individual cases solved in supervision and mutual enrichment of opinions and attitudes towards the areas they are experiencing.

The summary of outputs in the Supervision Days hardly captures the atmosphere of reporting the daily life of supervisors, who meet with a large number of supervisees, whom they try to help to see the solutions to problems from different points of view. Supervision is an important and essential tool for helping social workers. Previous research as well as theoretical knowledge prove the need for supervisors to meet also for the prevention of burnout syndrome, because only a healthy individual can fully function and perform his work. We have currently been living in the time of a pandemic for two years, which in itself has a burdensome effect not only on clients, workers in helping professions, but also on the supervisors themselves. It is all the more necessary to pay attention to maintaining the health of supervisors and improving their professional skills, mainly by completing regular super-supervision, which also has a supporting function. We see great importance in this and this leads us to repeat the annual meeting.
