A WORD OF INTRODUCTION
Collection of full texts of contributions from IV. Belianske days of nursing brings us a number of high-quality contributions of a scientific nature thematically focused on the issues of aggression, communication, psychohygiene, saving lives and the roles of nurses and paramedics in pre-hospital and institutional health care. The issue of aggression is increasingly topical in our medical facilities, but it is insufficiently communicated and solved. That's why we wanted to focus on the topics that bother us healthcare workers in our work. Topics such as mobbing, professional burnout, communication issues, or high-quality psychohygiene are also closely related to aggressiveness. We believe that we offered the participants of the conference quality topics, quality discussions and once again opened the borders within the framework of the idea of nursing without borders. The Belian days of nursing were once again something special. We were able to remove the information barrier between nurses and paramedics. Ignorance often drives us to break up, and right here we proved the opposite. 16.10. In 2014, Europe commemorated the European Life Saving Day as part of the event "Your hands can save the life of your loved ones" and this fact was reminded by the rescuers and emergency medical service operators during high-quality workshops. On this day, Nursing Without Borders turned into Rescuers Without Borders, which motivates us to intensify cooperation in the framework of joint education in the future as well. We believe that together we will take on new challenges and support other activities.
