A necessary condition for successful completion of studies (bachelor's, master's, but also specialization) is writing a final thesis. When writing it, it is important to observe the principles stated in the relevant guidelines, the general rules of scientific and professional texts, and last but not least, that the text of the thesis should follow each other and be related to the main goal of the thesis.

It can be difficult for students who are writing a final thesis for the first time. Therefore, it is very important that, in addition to up-to-date information and practical experience on the topic of the work, they also have adequate knowledge and information about writing scientific and professional text and master the basics of applying empirical methods. Similarly, master's students also need to be properly guided in how to carry out research and process the obtained data in terms of both content and form.

The purpose of the teaching texts is to provide students of the first and second degree of university studies in Nursing, or other related fields, as well as students of specialized studies, with comprehensive data for writing and presenting the final thesis.

The professional material contains 10 chapters and 7 appendices, which contain all the necessary information to write a high-quality final thesis. In the first chapters, we characterize individual types of work and offer guidance for systematic work in their conception. We focused on the content of the thesis - the processing of mandatory and optional parts and the formal preparation of bachelor's, diploma and final specialization theses. Two chapters are devoted to working with literature - with professional and scientific documents and the rules for citing and recording them according to the ISO standard. In the conclusion, the basic ethical principles and principles that must be observed when processing the text, when applying methods and processing the results of the research/survey are given.

The last chapter is intended directly for students of specialization studies, as it contains all essential information for the processing and presentation of the specialization work. I believe that the teaching texts will be an aid for writing a paper, as well as a guide for working with a text editor.
