Summary: Nursing and residential homes facility should maintain a current, accurate and reliable record of the drugs prescribed and given to a resident. The correct use of a medication chart can meet this requirement. The hard-copy of Nursing and Residential homes Medication Chart aims to provide a standard form for the prescription, dispensing and administration of drugs. In addition to providing a comprehensive record, it should facilitate communications between health professionals who are unlikely to visit nursing and residential facilities at the same time. The chart will also enable pharmacists to supply most drugs without the need for a separate prescription. This should reduce transcription errors and avoid delays in the supply of medicines.

Úvod

Kríza je súčasťou našich životov, kdekoľvek žijeme a pracujeme. Nikto z nás sa jej nevyhne. Vyvoláva však u nás strach, napätie, neistotu. Prichádza do všetkých oblastí, v ktorých sa pohybujeme. Je tu kríza vo vzťahoch na pracoviskách, v rodinách, kríza v povolaní. Denne sme svedkami kríz z narušených vzťahov, kríz z rozvodu, z opustenosti a osamelosti. Je však aj kríza z choroby, z odsúdenia, kríza zo straty zmyslu života a kríza viery. Vieme, že kríza môže prísť. Niekedy si myslíme, že nás sa nedotkne, že sa jej úspešne vyhneme. Ona ale príde. V akej sile? Ako hlboko zasiahne naše rodiny, povolanie, krajinu? Zvládneme ju riešiť sami alebo budeme potrebovať pomoc iných? A ako zmení naše životy, fungovanie či celú budúcnosť?

Monografia ponúka široké spektrum kríz, s ktorými sa stretávajú jednotliví odborníci vo svojej praxi. Interdisciplinárne riešenie problému krízy, a to v akejkoľvek oblasti, je opodstatnené a dôležité.

Cieľom tejto vedeckej monografie je dotknúť sa rôznych oblastí života ľudí a poukázať na riešenie kríz. Autori jednotlivých kapitol sú odborníci, ktorí sa v praxi venujú konkrétnym cieľovým skupinám. V jednotlivých kapitolách ponúkajú čitateľovi pohľad na človeka prežívajúceho krízu v rôznych kontextoch (v rodinných a medziľudských vzťahoch, v zdravotnom stave, v etnicite). Dobrá prax v pomáhajúcich organizáciách nám pomôže lepšie sa zorientovať v danej problematike.

Veríme, že napriek širokému záberu spektra kríz predkladaná monografia prinesie čitateľom základné informácie o prístupoch a riešeniach krízových situácií. Monografia je adresovaná nielen odborníkom, ale aj širokej verejnosti.

Gamification in adult education

Abstrakt: Príspevok rozoberá gamifikáciu ako spôsob vo vzdelávaní dospelých. V teoretickej rovine na základe rozpracovania zahraničných príkladov popisujeme dva základné herné dizajny, podľa ktorých sa tvoria univerzálne gamifikované projekty. Súčasťou je aj prehľad mobilných aplikácií slúžiacich pre gamifikované vzdelávanie nie len dospelej časti populácie. Gamifikáciu je možné objaviť aj vo firemnom vzdelávaní, kde taktiež vie byť prínosom.

Abstract: This paper discusses gamification as a way of adult education. In theoretical level based on the elaboration of foreign examples, we describe two elementary game designs accordich to which are created universal gamified projects. Overview of mobile applications used for gamified education not just for the adult par of population are also include. Gamification can be also found in corporate education, where it can also have its benefits.

Microlearning: what it is and what it can do

Abstrakt: Microlearning má široké využitie vo vzdelávaní dospelých. Príspevok má teoretický charakter, analyzuje microlearning a jeho využitie v online a offline prostredí, popisuje niekoľko pravidiel tvorby takéhoto vzdelávania, jeho výhody a spôsoby vizualizácie obsahu. Posledná časť je venovaná nástrojom a online platformám microlearningu.

Abstrakt: Cieľom príspevku je poukázať na problematiku obranných mechanizmov u pacientov s depresívnu poruchou, pričom sa špeciálne zameriava na oblasť použitia diagnostických nástrojov v psychoterapeutickom procese za účelom mapovania obranných mechanizmov, rovnako sa venuje i príspevku obranných mechanizmov v terapeutickom procese.

Social education and the development of family potential
Abstrakt: Príspevok je zameraný na rodinu ako prostredie pre dôstojný život a rozvoj jej členov. Poukazujeme na rodinu súčasnosti, tzn. v postmodernej dobe a uvažujeme o nadaní rodiny k dobru a zlu, pričom si kladieme otázky o základnom cieli ľudského života. Venujeme sa téme dobrý život a právo na ľudskú dôstojnosť v spoločnosti so zreteľom aj k rodine. Prezentujeme sociálnu edukáciu ľudí ako preventívne opatrenie pre rodinu a vymedzujeme potenciál rodiny so zreteľom k sociálnej edukácii v prospech rodiny.

Abstract: The paper is focused on the family as an environment for dignified life and development of her members. We point to the family today, ie. in the postmodern age and considere of gifted family to goodness and to evil, with asking about the basic purpose of human life. We write about good life and the right to human dignity in society with regard to the family. We present social education of people as a preventive tool for the family and define the potential of family and social education in the favor for the family.

Ageism as the new negative phenomenon in health care services. (Casuistry)
Abstrakt: Súčasná moderná spoločnosť vníma starobu prevažne negatívne, čo následne determinuje skutočnosť, že táto negativita staroby a starnutia sa v mnohých prípadoch integruje do povedomia starších jedincov. Veková diskriminácia - ageizmus sa pritom čoraz častejšie dáva do súvisu so zdravotnou, prípadne sociálnou starostlivosťou. Cieľom predkladaného príspevku bolo poukázať na ageizmus v zdravotníctve a to v kontexte reálnych vedeckých výskumov, ktoré boli v posledných rokoch realizované v krajinách západnej Európy a Ameriky. Zároveň sme sa snažili upriamiť pozornosť na to, ako môže zdravotnícky personál prispieť ku komplexnej rehabilitácii seniora a to v kontexte psycho-sociálneho pôsobenia na staršieho jedinca v paradigme odmietania ageizmu.
Metódy: Kvalitatívna analýza a interpretácia dostupnej odbornej literatúry, ktorá sa zaoberá ageizmom v zdravotníctve, doplnená o naratívnu prípadovú štúdiu, ktorú uvádzame ako kazuistiku. V závere sme použili dedukciu, na základe ktorej sme zo všeobecne prezentovanej teórie vyvodili konkrétne závery.
Záver: Skúmaním negatívnych dôsledkov ageizmu prichádzame k poznaniu, že je nevyhnutné vyvinúť také terapeutické prístupy, ktoré budú súčasťou komplexnej rehabilitácie a prostredníctvom ktorých môžeme priamo čeliť vplyvu negatívnych stereotypov. Do popredia sa totiž v súvislosti s ageizmom dostáva kvalita interakcií medzi starším jedincom a poskytovateľom zdravotníckej starostlivosti, pričom sa začína objavovať nový pojem a to terapeutické spojenectvo.

Abstract: Modern society perceives old age mostly negatively, what subsequently determines the fact, that this negativity of old age and ageing is in many cases integrated into elder people´s awareness. Age discrimination – ageism is more often connected to health or social care services. The aim of this contribution was to point to ageism in health care in the context of actual scientific researches, performed in Western Europe countries and the USA in recent years. We also tried to define options by which a medical staff can contribute to a complex rehabilitation in connection with psychosocial effect on a senior in paradigm of ageism denial.
Methods: Qualitative analysis and interpretation of available reference books about ageism in health care services, complemented by a narrative case study, which we present as a casuistry. In the conclusion we used a deduction, based on which we deduced specific findings from a generally presented theory.
Conclusion: By examining the negative consequencies of ageism we come to realize that it is necessary to develop such therapeutic approaches, through which we are able to face the impact of negative stereotypes. When speaking of ageism, the quality of interactions between an elder person and a health care provider comes to the foreground, while the new „therapeutic alliance“ term begins to appear.

Abstract: Current topics of supervision in practice Supervision in Slovakia has reached a solid position and its practice is considered an effective tool to search for and utilize potential and innovation for a high quality of work with clients. Supervision has legislative support in social services and has been carried out for a few years. The current state of social services creates space for resolving topical issues of supervision in practice for workers and organizations providing this type of service. These issues serve as a mirror reflecting what it is like to work in social services, how the management functions and what the position of social services in the society is. There are many legal conditions that organizations providing social services must follow and accept so that the quality of the service is in accordance with European standards which are implemented also in recent legislation. Current topics, which are communicated by supervisees, indicate that the conditions required for meeting the quality standards are not equal and they do not reflect the actual state within organizations (especially in public services). We will introduce some issues which are frequently discussed and analysed in order to outline the actual state of social services from the perspective of supervisors, supervision and supervisees.

Abstrakt: V príspevku diskutujeme o integrite človeka a živote ľudí dneška. Poukazujeme na nedeliteľnosť človeka, teda spojitosť ducha, duše a tela ľudí s ich životnou energiou. Človeka rešpektujeme ako holistickú (celkovostnú) bytosť v konkrétnom prostredí jeho žitia.

Adaptive self-regulation: When it fails in achieving the goal
Abstrakt: Cieľom štúdie bolo predstaviť problematiku sebaregulácie, pričom sa zvláštna pozornosť venovala adaptívnej sebaregulácii ťažko dosiahnuteľných alebo nedosiahnuteľných cieľov. Prezentovaná štúdia informuje o motivačnej a regulačnej funkcii cieľov v kontexte známych teórií sebaregulácie. Vzhľadom na cieľ práce sa v texte objavujú pojmy ako implementačné zámery, cieľové odangažovanie a cieľové reangažovanie, odpoveďový posun. Vrátane iných odborných a užitočných informácií, časť textu referuje aj o nemenej zaujímavom fenoméne, ktorý sa týka monitorovania cieľového pokroku.

Abstract: The aim of the study was to introduce the issue of self-regulation, paying attention to adaptive self-regulation of difficult-to-reach or unattainable goals. The presented study informs about the motivational and regulatory function of goals in the context of well-known theories of self-regulation. With regard to the goal of the thesis, there are terms such as implementation intentions, goal disengagement, and goal reengagement, response shift. Including other expert and useful information, part of the text also reports on an equally interesting phenomenon that relates to monitoring goal progress.

New perspective of the possibilities of emotional health
Abstrakt: V príspevku sa prezentuje nový pohľad na emócie a ich zvládanie, ako ho ponúka Leahyho teória emočných schém a emočnej regulácie. V úvode sa ozrejmuje miesto konštruktu schémy v známych psychologických prístupoch a chápanie emócií hlavných inšpirátorov Leahyho teórie. Následne sa približujú základné pojmy a témy (oblasti), ktorými sa autor vo svojej koncepcii zaoberá, vymedzenie emočných schém, obsah ich dimenzií a súvislosti s emočným zdravým jednotlivca. V závere sa špecifikuje, v čom je Leahyho prístup nový a v čom rozširuje a dopĺňa existujúce a príbuzné koncepcie.

Abstract: The paper presents a new perspective on emotions and emotional coping, as presented in Leahy’s theory of emotional schemas and emotional regulation. The first part explains the position of the schema’s construct within known psychological approaches and understanding of emotions that were the main inspiration for Leahy’s theory. Next, basic terms and themes (areas) are explained that the author also deals with in his concept, definition of emotional schemas, description of their dimensions and their relations with individual’s emotional health. Conclusion specifies the novelty of Leahy’s approach and how it extends and completes the existing and similar concepts.

Barriers in education of social clients
Abstrakt: V príspevku poukazujeme na bariéry v edukácii dospelých sociálnych klientov a na úlohy edukačných sociálnych pracovníkov. Poukazujeme na dôležitosť získavania sociálnych klientov pre ich vlastnú sociálnu edukáciu. Pomenúvame kognitívne štýly učenia sa dospelých osôb a vyzdvihujeme motivačné podnety k učeniu a vzdelávaniu sa sociálnych klientov.

Anotácia: Príspevok skúma inštitút pornografie ako sprievodného spoločenského javu. Autorka venuje priestor historickému exkurzu, teóriám vysvetľujúcim pornografiu, detskej pornografii a s ňou súvisiacimi trestnými činmi, dôsledky konzumácie pornografie, právnej úprave pornografie.
