Abstrakt: Publikácia ponúka v troch kapitolách spracovanie problematiky development centier z pohľadu stability a spokojnosti zamestnancov, ako aj pracovnej motivácie. Upriamuje pozornosť na rozvojové assessment centrá, s cieľom nachádzať súvislosti a spojitosti so stabilitou, fluktuáciou zamestnancov, pracovnou spokojnosťou ako i pracovnou motiváciou.

Abstract: In three chapters, the publication offers an elaboration of the issue of development centers from the point of view of stability and employee satisfaction, as well as work motivation. It draws attention to development assessment centers, in order to find connections and connections with stability, employee turnover, job satisfaction as well as work motivation.
